There is a minimum spend of

between 4th January to 20th December

between 21st December to 3rd January
The minimum spend excludes set charges for delivery, set up or uplift of hired goods.

Most couples secure the date with me 12-18 months in advance of their wedding.
To confirm the Booking I will send you a Booking Form to complete and a copy of our T&C’s
A non-refundable Booking Fee of £150 is required to secure services and the date.
Upon receipt of completed forms and payment you will receive a receipt for your records
When you sign the booking form, you are agreeing to my services for your wedding date. This can entail me allocating several days before and after the wedding date to service your wedding flower booking requirements in full. The booking fee is non-refundable upon cancellation of services for your wedding date.
The booking form document is complete of Terms & Conditions which will apply to your booking and are included for your reference.
Based in Dundee our service area includes Angus, Fife & Perthshire covering venues and
locations within a 50 mile radius of Dundee
I love to meet up in person but sometimes due to distance or location this isn’t possible so in addition to in-person consultations I also offer phone consultations too.
By appointment only, in-person consultations are held at my garden studio located at a residential address in the west end of Dundee or we can have a chat by phone.
For out of town or overseas clients I am happy to liaise by email or by phone. Following this
you will receive a design brief with ideas for you to consider
Delivery is charged at 45p per mile to and from each location plus a time element of £10 per
hour
Set up charges are based on the time spent at venue unloading and installing all decorative
elements and designs @ £25 per hour
Uplift charges are based on mileage and time as per Delivery charges.
Upon confirmation of all requirements & delivery locations these costs will be confirmed.
Estimated costs can be provided in advance
My minimum spend is £1000 and I generally work with investments upwards of £1500 for Custom Wedding Flowers. In terms of what your budget will achieve will depend on your wish list. I will give guidance on what designs will have maximum impact, those that can have a multipurpose use throughout the day and what is worth investing in, and what isn’t.
I primarily work with fresh flowers and foliages however I do also use dried flowers within my designs for adding textural elements or specific colour tones.
If you would prefer dried flowers for your wedding bouquets and venue décor, I too can create this and have access to good quality dried flower wholesalers.
On occasion I will use “real look” artificial flowers for bespoke ceremony designs such as arches, floral columns and broken arches. These custom made items are supplied on a hired basis only and are designed to compliment your fresh flower wedding florals in colour and form. They are a lower cost alternative for achieving a “wish list” item for your wedding
Booking with me gives you full access to my inventory of hire items for styling purposes! I have an ever growing selection of glass or ceramic bud vases, candle holders and candle sticks, hurricane lanterns, glassware, ceramicware, ceremony arches, plinths and stands, wooden items and more.
