Wedding Flower Collection Agreement
By purchasing Wedding Flower Collection items from Fraoch Floral Design, you agree to the following terms:
Products and Prices
All our prices are in Pounds Sterling and exclude delivery charges which can be selected and are applicable if delivery is required.
Collection, Set Up and delivery options and charges are made clear in the order process.
 
Ordering and Payment Terms
All quote orders are subject to acceptance.
A Booking Fee of £100 is required to secure services and products for your event date.
The Booking Fee of £100 is non-refundable upon cancellation.
Upon receipt of payment, you the client will receive a “My Wedding Details” form to complete. This form will necessitate the details that are required to complete your order.
Full payment is required at least 30 days prior to the delivery or pickup date.
 
Order Changes
Any changes to the order must be communicated in writing.
The revised order value cannot be less than 70% of the original invoiced amount.
 
Cancellation Policy by Customer
Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the event date will not be refunded. The booking fee of £100 will be retained.
Cancellations made within 90 days of the event date will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the original invoiced amount.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the original invoiced amount.
 
Cancellation Policy by Florist
In the unlikely event that Fraoch Floral Design must cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. Fraoch floral Design will not be liable for any additional costs or damages resulting from the cancellation.
 
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery or pickup timing will be coordinated during the order process.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery of bouquets or buttonholes.
 
Responsibility Post-Delivery
Once the floral items have been delivered or picked up, Fraoch Floral Design is no longer responsible for their condition. Proper care and handling are the customer’s responsibility.
 
Service Limitations:
This service does not include consultations.
Installation or Set Up of your venue florals or décor will only be undertaken if this service has been selected; except for arch hire and décor which includes an installation fee.
 
Design & Style Preferences
I will make every effort to accommodate your style preferences. However, due to seasonal and market flower availability, specific requests cannot be guaranteed.
 
Seasonal & Artistic Variations:
Arrangements may vary slightly in appearance from the product photos due to seasonal flower availability and artistic adjustments.
 
 
 
Indemnification:
By purchasing from Fraoch Floral Design, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fraoch Floral Design and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your entire shopping experience, including but not limited to the ordering process, product design, delivery, pickup, or use of floral products. Care notice:
We take great care with our flowers, products and designs, particularly in terms of freshness. Fresh flowers and foliages are perishable products and as such there are various factors that can affect the flowers, including
Flowers are sensitive to both heat and cold. Warm to high temperatures can cause dehydration and stress, leading to faster wilting. It’s best to keep flowers away from direct heat sources like heaters, radiators, or sunlight or in overly cold locations.
Flower petals and heads: over touching or handling can damage delicate petals and stems, leading to bruising, crushing, or broken stems.
Fresh flowers depend on water to stay hydrated. To ensure they are fully hydrated before use and during delivery, our flowers undergo a process called conditioning. If flowers are left without water for an extended period, especially on warm days, they may begin to wilt or flag.
 
Complaints:
Fresh flowers and foliages as live, perishable products can be temperamental and affected by elements noted in the Care Notice, so please ensure that you have followed all care advice before making a complaint and that your complaint is fair and justified.
If you are dissatisfied, please send your complaint in writing via email to fraochfloral@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the goods or event date. Please include a clear image with your email.
 
Custom Wedding florals
Custom Wedding Florals are covered by separate terms and conditions, a copy of which are included with all wedding proposal documents.
